Why The Kidzmatter Conference?

Because it is more than a moment -- It's a movement

Get ready to take your NEXT step in your ministry journey at the KidzMatter Conference 2026!

Join over 3,000 passionate ministry leaders from more than 50 denominations for an unforgettable experience centered on discovering the next right thing—for your calling, your church, and the next generation you lead.

What you pour into the next generation today becomes the foundation for tomorrow. That’s why this year the KidzMatter Conference is expanding to serve not only children’s ministry leaders and their teams, but youth ministry leaders and their teams as well. The faith journey of the next generation doesn’t happen in silos—it happens as we work together to help kids and students grow into lifelong followers of Jesus.

It’s not just about teaching stories—it’s about preparing the next generation to take their next step in faith, to choose what’s right, and to lead the way for the generation that follows.

Whether you’re stepping into children’s ministry or youth ministry for the first time, or leading with years of experience, the KidzMatter Conference will help you discover what’s NEXT in your ministry and in you.

Welcome home.

Tyler R.

“As a young leader still figuring things out, this conference showed me that I’m not too young to make a difference. Hearing from other young adults who are passionate about kids and Jesus gave me so much courage to keep saying ‘yes’ to the call.”

Jenna R.

“I was honestly terrified to come alone. I didn’t know a single person and almost backed out—but from the moment I checked in, people welcomed me like family. By the end, I had a notebook full of ideas and a heart full of new friends.”

Linda C.

“The breakout sessions were gold! Every speaker brought real, practical tools I could use the very next Sunday. It wasn’t just theory—it was tried-and-true wisdom from people who’ve been in the trenches.”

Lori E.

“I came to the KidzMatter Conference feeling worn out and unsure if I even had what it took to keep leading. By the end of the week, my fire was lit again! God used every session, every conversation, and every moment of worship to remind me that what I do matters.”

David L.

“I’ve been in ministry for 25 years, and I’ve never seen an event so full of life. The worship, the community, the excellence—it all pointed back to Jesus. It reminded me that revival starts with leaders who are willing to grow.”

Jasmine T.

“Our children’s ministry team came together for the first time this year, and it was incredible to experience the conference as a group. We laughed, cried, prayed, and dreamed together—and came home more unified than ever. It gave our team a fresh sense of vision and purpose.”
