All tickets and meal passes are non-refundable; however, they don’t have to go unused. Tickets may be transferred to another individual within your church or organization or sold to another attendee through the I Love KidMin Facebook group. If you’re unable to use your tickets, you also have the option to pay it forward by donating them back to KidzMatter, and we’ll ensure they are given to someone who needs assistance attending the conference.
